At CloudKitchens, every kitchen, courier, and order generates a massive volume of operational data — yet insights were often locked behind SQL queries or buried in spreadsheets. The goal was to democratize analytics for every role: kitchen operators, finance analysts, and business leadership.
I led design for Analytics Studio, a multi-role data platform built to make operational intelligence intuitive, discoverable, and collaborative.
It combined lineage visualization, metric governance, and dynamic dashboards into a single experience — bridging the gap between engineering data pipelines and everyday decision-makers.
